Along the Storfjord we progress into Ålesund, a cozy Atlantic harbor town. A must see in Ålesund is Aksla, the local mountain, with its 418 steps. From its peak you will experience a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean and the nearby Sunnørsalpene mountain range.

We travel towards Hellesylt and pass the spectacular Geirangerfjord with its abandoned farms and magnificent waterfalls on the way and further on to Geiranger. After Lom we travel down the valley and into Bøverdal.
